In June 2016, Charles Saliba published his first book “On People Governance and Leadership”. This book is a unique publication in the sense that it addresses a variety of critical challenges faced by business and organizations in general. The book emphasizes the role of the human resource in determining the success or failure of organizations, especially when it comes to the governance of this resource from a behavioral, ethical, and competence dimension.
Further, the book, which is a set of short articles, highlights the major roles played by organizational leaders in terms of setting realistic business visions and building the capacity of organizational teams to ensure the achievement of business objectives, while respecting the key rules of professionalism.
